The people are great. They are overworked and way understaffed. Why would someone who has an order on hold wait over an hour to find that out. We are customers who have to pay a lot for these tests an to wait an hour with Covid going on for no reason is inexcusable.
I have deep veins that roll. There is a problem everywhere I go. I came here, they got my vein in one try! Very experienced. My go to everytime!
I was not impressed with my visit to this facility. I am currently 7 months pregnant and was told that there was a designated room for glucose screening tests which there was not. The waiting room was filled with people that were NOT following social distancing guidelines. Even if COVID was not present, I would feel uncomfortable sitting with that many people for THREE HOURS. I had to go back and forth from my car for each blood draw which was super inconvenient seeing as it is in a basement. I was very nervous to take this test and the staff did not make you feel at ease- they were very rude and condescending. I would not return here for my labwork and wanted to offer my experience to other pregnant women. I had tried to call this office numerous times to try and clarify all this information NUMEROUS times and there was no answer so I hope this is able to help others.
The girl deli who drew my blood was rude and cut me off while I was trying to explain something then told me not to cut her off. This is not how people should act toward people who are their elder and trying to explain something.
