The Raynesway recycling centre, has to the safest place. To start the booking online system works really well and when you arrive there the two Guys at the stop n go hut wave you through after you drive up slowly so they can check your cars reg, as you drive up the ramp a council guy asks you what you got after a brief chat they guide you to where you need to go and it's all signed to what goes where. All cabins n boxes are all open no need for touching things only your goods your getting rid of. Overall I was and felt safe. Thank you. Great job.

I used the book in service online and when I arrived i drove straight in. Staff were friendly and helpful. The bays were well kept and clean. In & out no problems.

The New covid friendly layout where all the different skips are at each station is actually better than the old layout more efficient. Well done.

Booked a slot a few weeks ago. That was easy to do online. Arrived for our 11am slot and two council workers reading our number plate waved us to go in. They did look happy and so was the young guy asking what we had to dispose of. Told us which bay to use and that was it, great job. So well organised and safe. Thank you to all staff
