Stay as far away from this store as possible. I have bought Sears appliances my entire life. Never have I had such a terrible experience at any store. The manager lied about delivering my refrigerator and after I paid the 100 still lied about picking up the old refrigerator. Plus, finally after waiting for them to rent a truck, and other delaying tactics, my husband went in and was cursed at by the manager. We have filed a claim with Sears headquarters. How sad to destroy such a reputation as Sears.

DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. NO STARS, Lowest I can give for customer service. New owners are lacking in this department. I just love the phone personality now, the one called Art is AWESOME..if you don't need him to look something up or go out of his way for something. I spent good money there with Richard but don't worry about that happening anymore. -*****
Very dissatisfied with this hometown store. Ordered a simple washing machine the 12th of July. Was told it would be in on Aug. 1st but that the delivery guy would be out the week of the 3rd so they gave a delivery date of today, Aug. 11th and last Friday they told us we were 2nd on the list for delivery today. I called a few minutes ago as they have not shown up yet, and was told they would be here any minute. Then a few minutes later, he called me back to say our machine hasn't come in and it would be in on Aug. 31st. He out and out lied to me and didn't really check the schedule. I am so upset with this lack of customer service, he hung up on me as he told me to have a nice day! I have NEVER written a review in my life but today is the exception. I would never recommend this place.
I visited this store the other day just to browse, the clerk Adam took his time with me knowing that I was just looking but was still willing to answer questions. I will be back when I am ready to buy anything. Great service!!!
