Really fantastic service - had my order (baseball trophy) ready within a week and talked me through all my options beforehand. Ash and I'm sorry I didn't catch the name of the woman working we're both lovely people with fantastic customer service. Would definitely use them for any trophy needs in the future!

I purchased two trophies for our school as awards for achievement and respect in sport and to commemorate a former pupil. I received excellent advice and help from Ash in selecting the most suitable trophies for a boy and a girl respectively, including the different options based on price, quality, materials, weight and inscription designs. In no way did I feel pressurised to buy a particular style but I had all my questions answered in a professional, sensitive and knowledgeable manner. Having placed the order, I was pleasantly surprised to be informed that the trophies were ready for collection earlier than anticipated in spite of the busy pre-Christmas period. Hopefully the trophies will make a big impact at the first assembly of the New Year, as we applaud our pupils in sporting achievement.
