Krystal was the only one working the night I picked up subs for me and my family. She was still fairly new and she was all by herself. I had 3 foot long subs and she did a great job and was very friendly.

Very disappointed with this establishment! IT TOOK OVER 20 minutes for a mobile order! Note to self do it in person next time.....
Great customer service! Everyone is always super friendly and answers any questions I have and suggests things they think I might enjoy! Using their kiosk is super easy and I always get my food quickly even when there is a line I can tell my food is fresh. Their design is definitely my favorite as well it’s just so bright and cheery unlike other locations. You can tell their employees are always doing the best they can to take care of everything as promptly as possible! Will definitely be going again soon!
Probably no fault to the single person working at the store, but I waited at the drive thru for 20 min while someone else walked in, got their food and left. This seems like a manager/scheduling problem. I will not be going back to this location.
