I would always take my own oil for the oil change so I know what I'm putting in my car. They took my very expensive oil from me ,charged me for doing the job, put 10 miles on my car. I got my car back, they haven't change the oil or filter which I'd supplied, charged me 30, for joy riding in my car. So if you want to get ripped off come down to Ford. I've been using these guys for about 10 years?

Excellent service and honest advice! I took my car in for a major service as the new owner, Luke and his colleagues in the Quick Lane were very helpful and patient while I described some specific issues I’d need looking at, they wrote everything down, we’re very courteous and treated me very professionally. The work on the car was completed as requested, I had some very frank advice from Luke which I was pleasantly surprised about as in my past experiences, main dealers like to charge a pretty penny for work and parts. Very happy with the service I received and will definitely go back in future.

A rear spring had failed on my car. Luke Clarke organised a new set of springs there and then, told me to bring my car down he had a space and could fit me in. From phone call to driving my car away took approximately 3 hours. Excellent service would highly recommend.
