Great gym. Been going here for a long time. Yes things have changed. Would be better if not being harassed every single time the mask moves by the same trainer and only that one trainer every single time. And have him awkwardly staring at you the entire time. I get the policy for now but just is getting a little excessive every single time I'm there now. I'm wearing the mask, it moves sometimes. Many that I know all have the same complaints about the same guy. Can't wait for these things to be gone and back to normal. I'm sure his clients love all direct attention he is giving them every time he steps away.

Called in to the derby location to ask if there was any edge locations closest to derby and a guy named Ryan was sooo focused on trying to get me in he wasn’t listening to what I was asking. It was super simple and ended up finding out on my own that Hamden was the closest location to mew haven. The service these days are so bad. Let’s focus on the needs of others and build good relationship. I wanted to join just at a location that I want not what anyone else wants.

When I enrolled in June 2020, I was told NO COMMITMENT. I decided to quit in Nov. due to the rise in covid cases and the gym does not enforce wearing masks to all members. Some don't wear a mask. Derby told me I cannot quit becuase it is a 12 month commitment. Not what I was told when signing up. Regardless what the sales rep tells you, READ what you are signing.... I then asked to suspend my membership due to covid, I was told The Edge no longer suspends memberships. Buyer Beware.... Also, the facility was very unprofessional and argumentative. A big disappointment. I'll handle this another route.
