Completely forgot about our delivery! But I called Justin and Zach back and they turned around for me installed my daughters bed quickly! They were professional and courteous and I’m glad there is still people in this world like them because I’m old school and I very much appreciate them Justin and Zach thank you ! You made my daughter’s day ! She’s been waiting very patiently for her bed and you definitely DELIVERED! Thanks again

My over all experience with the store wasn’t horrible but not the greatest either. I ended up having to wait a lot longer for my bed that I was originally told. I was told it was due to COVID not a huge deal and was half expected. However I did call one time after waiting a month and hearing nothing. The sales lady tired to push me off the phone almost instantly. I said I have been waiting on a bed for a month now and was wanting to get an update. She replied yeah everything is messed up I don’t have an answer sorry. I told her to slow down how could she have no update if she never even asked for my name or sales slip #. She was not happy about that. She then asked for it and almost immediately said oh we were just actually talking to the company about your order this morning we sent an email asking about it. She told me that I should get a call later that week which I never did. However about a week after that I received a call saying it was ready for delivery. If I could rate the store and delivery service separate I would rate the store a 3 for really poor Custer we service. That being said I would rate the delivery and set up a 5/5. Justin West and Ethan were hands down the best delivery and set up crew I have ever seen. They were fast, careful , friendly, and knowledgeable! To top it all off the store messed up my order (honest mistake) when Justin realized it as the crew was leaving he assured me he would make it right and get me the correct item delivered by the end of the night. He followed through and rang my doorbell a few hours later with a big smile on his face! Thanks for being awesome and showing how much you care for your customers!!

Excellent customer service. We had a hard time deciding on a mattress and had to come back a couple of times. But every time we came in to ask our hundred questions, they were always friendly and attentive! We love our temper-pedic mattress and adjustable base - it’s been almost 6 months now since we’ve had it. We’re moving to a new house and they also offer moving the mattress and base at an affordable price! I don’t think I would trust movers to take apart the adjustable base. It’s been a great investment so far!

The salesman was attentive without being pushy from the second we walked in the door. He answered questions and offered suggestions while allowing us to try things out on our own. Will certainly be back for our next mattress!
