Was really impressed with how my conveyancing was handled by Miss. Barnett in the Derby office. She was a delight to work with - kept me fully updated and ensured everything went through without the hiccups that all too regularly occur. Recommend and I will definitely use again in future.

Mediation service is a shambles. Only two people (Adrian Rose & Sharron Ganley) deal with this side of things, and good luck getting in touch with either of them (took me about a week). They do not communicate with each other, so be prepared to repeat yourself ad infinitum. They refuse to answer basic questions until you have paid 150 fee for MIAM. Basic questions like: will I need to attend a meeting in one of your branches because I don't have a car and will not have any more annual leave for another 2 months. This experience has left me feeling angry and disillusioned with solicitors/mediation.

I cannot recommend Timms solicitors highly enough. Debbie, Lisa and the team were so helpful and at the end of a phone whenever I had any questions or concerns. I was updated at every step of the way during the transaction which is so important when dealing with the stress of buying and selling. I would not hesitate to use Timms again and would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you!!

Professional, attentive, personal. Thank you Nikola Guthrie for guiding us so expertly through our commercial lease. Everything was explained so clearly and we really appreciate all the time and care you took to ensure we were well informed at every stage of the process. You took so much care to be thorough and accurate; it felt like you had our best interests at heart the whole time.

Just want to say a massive thank you to Timms for helping me sort out my sons accident claim , After looking round everywhere and speaking to countless people , who kept stunting the door on me , walked into timms as I was passing Was greeted but a really nice lady on reception who appointed me to Natasha Layton who sat me down listened to everything I had to say advised me on the best way to move forward , after agreeing to move forward I can honestly say everything was seamless from there , she took care of everything and kept me updated throughout the hole proses . I can honestly say she wasn’t above and beyond for me and my son again thank you so much Natasha and timms for you help and support I would recommend timms to everyone Thanks Mark Richardson

If you're looking to punish your ex with an expensive and prolonged divorce - then these guys are for you. My ex used Timms (Mr Rose) on what turned out to be a needlessly expensive 3.5 year divorce. A catalogue of late document exchanges, late or missing court submissions, postponed court dates (due to tardiness), and the most ridiculous basic arithmetic errors on court papers and submissions. Continuously misspelled names on communication and papers. Incredibly sloppy document quality checks, and worse, contravening GDPR regs by sending out email links to unprotected (no access control, no encryption) highly personal data. An apparent inability to grasp anything beyond basic household finances. Court sessions were conducted by poorly informed barristers with a poor grasp of numbers, and misunderstanding of some basic property law.
