Brian of Derby Tow Bars did an excellent job on the tow bar installation on my Audi A5 sports back. I was very impressed with the level of explanation with regards to its future operation. His level of service for the very reasonable price was above and beyond in my opinion. I will most certainly be recommending to both friends and family if they also require a similar installation. I should add for completeness to this review that I am yet to tow with the vehicle however thus far I have no complaints but quite the opposite. Thanks Brian at Derby Tow Bars

100% professional and formal. We agree a date and everything went perfectly fine. 100% recommended and reliable. I had a question about the reverse sensors and he returned the call explaining that I had to drive the car a bit to get them reactivated, which happened.
