Just taken delivery of 2 pallets. When I asked the driver to take them off HIS truck he said no they were put on by a fork truck they needed to be taken off that way. He had no paperwork with him so I couldn't even check what or who they were from. Luckily one of our drivers came in the yard so he did it me. The delivery driver said my attitude was very negative. Don't be a delivery driver if you cant deliver the items to the customer. You have a tailgate and a pump truck, if your attitude had been better in the first place maybe mine would of been.

Unfortunately when I spoke with 1 of there drivers and told him to avoid driving into our yard, he ignored my advice and pulled a live cable down ,so not happy with this outfit and now trying to get out of paying for there mistake

Viking have never once let us down. They always deliver what they promise, their communication is excellent, and their Drivers helpful. The Price is always as quoted, and reasonable.
