Absolutely terrible. I have been trying to get in to see Doctor Alfredo Rhodes for about five months now. Every time I call, I am told Rhodes is not listed as my primary, and that I must call my insurance to have him put in as so. Every time I do, and my insurance tells me he has been listed as my primary since March of 2019. I haven't been able to make an appointment to be seen, because the call center swears up and down that he is not listed. I am talked to like I am an idiot, and treated badly for no reason. What a sham of a doctors office, I'll go elsewhere.

The sheer negligence shown by the staff is astonishing. I waited around for hours even though I had an appointment scheduled. Paperwork was missing. Lack of professionalism. I am utterly disgusted by their service.

Had issues with a possible uti never called back and ended up going to the er and ended up with a kidney infection! My doctor is Dr. Deb, I’ve also been leaving messages for her for prescriptions and no call back or prescription.
