Tyler was excellent from the off! After a call to Dereham store, Tyler was polite friendly and helped me locate the model of bike that was out of stock online and in Norwich for my youngest daughters birthday in a couple of weeks. Over the phone he talked me through my options of cover for the bike and took all my details for the invoice to save time later, he also kindly put me 4 bike racks for the car to one side ready for a speedy transaction on arrival. He was as efficient in person as over phone and greeted me and remembered the phone call! Loads of advice was given and he also helped me find a basket to fit! Faultless from start to finish! Talk about dedication and professionalism and knowledge. Had to have a new battery replaced last Saturday and the gentleman that had to remove my dog guard, rubber matting and passenger seat to replace the battery, plus 4 dogs in the rear was amazing. He even had 2 dogs washing his ears! No complaint, friendly and determination. Faultless.
Just bought a bike from Halfords apart from the bike being super, the staff there was so helpful and encouraging. I am in my sixty’s and it’s been a long time since I have been on a bike, they helped me with buying my helmet and all the bits and pieces I needed to be safe on the bike. They deserve 5 stars all the way.
needed windshield cover, purchased one that went over wing mirrors as well very good quality and only costs approximately 9.00 excellent, only waited for 5 minutes to be served whilst we all adhered to 2 metre distancing rule. very happy with service and quality of product.
