Appalling attitude by the staff member I spoke to. Not just unhelpful but rude too. It worked out well though as I didn't buy as a result and found a local store with better products and helpful staff.

Hard to say during lock down. More staff than customers so feels a bit odd but they are open for which I am grateful and the sell the craig and rose paint that I wanted.
This is a mixed review. Homebase as a whole really hasn't made it. Poor stock, high prices. Only 1 person at first on the checkout. Eventually when someone else was called I have to say he was brilliant. A younger person, engaged, efficient. So would have only got 2 stars if it was not for the person on the till.
