We waited 5 months for our conservatory, and although we now have a completed job it has been a nightmare from start to finish...with little or no apology from the owner of this wholy unprofessional company. I would strongly advise anyone not to use Phoenix Windows to avoid the heartache and disappointment we have had to endure since June. Jane Lacey, November 2017.
