Feel like I have to leave a review as things are getting so bad at this doctors surgery. Every time my partner collects my medication there is always something missing, I had some stop smoking tablets issued by smokefreenorfolk and because I didn't pick them up quick enough they gave them to somebody else which then resulted in me having to wait over the weekend for them to order more in for me to start my quit smoking journey. Recently had my appendix out and needed morphine from them, partner went to pick them up today and luckily she checked before leaving because they only gave the stop smoking tablets and not my painkillers! I needed emergency attention due to abscess packing falling out and they wouldn't help so I had to ring fakenham out of hours setvice. If an emergency appointment is needed with this surgery it's far from easy to arrange. Fakenham surgery seems much better from my single dealing with them during out of hours. Reception needs re training or re staffing. Also rang up at 8.40 in the morning to be told there was no appointments avaliable which is really really bad. Considering leaving as have been with these for 2 years and never once has anything been easy. They even refused to give me an appointment when my appendix perferated and the only way I was able to see a doctor about this was because I had an appointment for something unrelated and so mentioned in that appointment with the nurse who ran and grabbed a doctor for me who then rushed me to emergency department up hospital

Been under this surgery all my life and never has it been run as bad as it is at present time, I've had medication missing from my prescription more than once, wrong medication give also, even went for an appointment recently to be told there was not a member of staff to see me once I got there.. they could have had the decency to ring me to let me know.. I'm sure they wouldn't like it if I made appointments and not turned up for them

I am so very lucky to have this surgery as my local one. Really really good and efficient surgery who in my last 3 years using these guys haven't failed once. They have great systems to make it very efficiant it seems. Very grateful.
