Everyone at the surgery are amazing. I have been a frequent visitor over the past two years and the level of care has been outstanding. The reception staff particularly have been so kind and helpful. Thank you

Very rude reception staff, need customer service training, all i wanted was My Nhs number not even an appointment,
Literally the rudest reception staff I have ever had the displeasure of meeting, contradictory and arrogant. I enquired about registering for the surgery as moved to area and my daughter needs her flu spray and was spoken to as if I was a foreign object that displeased them...they then contradicted their answer to me, just awful, I would not recommended joining this surgery if the reception staff is a reflection of the surgery..
