Kanch Hotel is located at NH-37 of Dergaon Town, 1km from Dergaon Chariali, just near to the closed Gouri Cinema Hall of Dergaon nd Opposite to Baba Hotel.. Now, the word Kanch Hotel is famous to almost the entire Assam, as Kanch Bhujia.. People who visits Upper Assam, will definitely stop here for the Bhujia.. The Bhujia they sells is just one of a kind, as the Bikaji one.. This hotel is very old, may be more than 40 years(I exactly don't know the age).. But the Bhujia they serve, has not changed the quality till date 16/02/2019, as my parents are known to its Taste.. That's why it feels proud to visit or to be known to something like this.. Basically this is a normal sweet corner, sweets of all type are easily available here.. They have a Brand packaging also of their Bhujia, but the loose one is more famous due to its crispy-ness nd flavor.. Although the hotel area is not that big still it is serving the locals without any issue of sitting or waiting.. Anyone visiting Upper Assam, must taste the Bhujia, that is only available in Kanch Hotel.. RB...
