I’ve been using the MediSpa for almost two years and absolutely love it. The laser hair removal results are amazing. Tessa is my absolute favorite. She’s so great at what she does. She’s so personable and makes the entire experience so comfortable. I truly enjoy coming in to see her each visit. I can’t recommend it enough, so worth it. Amazing!!

I’ve been a patient here for years now! Everyone is always so friendly and kind. Dr. Baechtold is a really great doctor. She listens to all of my concerns and explains things very thoroughly. She got me in very quickly when I was having a dermatological issue. All around a great place!

Visited two times, once for an overall body checkup the second for a medspa appointment. I understand now from both of my visits that they are on a strict time restraints for every time slot, which feels a bit rushed. Dr. Stoltz was thorough, prompt, and answered all my questions, however felt rushed and deemed all my mole removal requests as cosmetic, which was a bit of a let down, since I was already there and with a doctor I trusted. I came back to the medspa (50 consultation fee) and found that having two tiny (tiny) moles removed would cost 200.. The Medspa also doesn’t give out any pricing sheets at all, which probably could have prevented me from spending the 50 consultation fee. Rating them a 3/5 because it is a professional office and staff was friendly however not ideal customer service and neither visit resulted in in my desire outcome :-/

I’m blown away by the front desk. Our primary doctor had passed away a few days ago while trying to figure out my wife’s skin condition. He had spoken to “a dermatologist friend” about my wife just two days before he passed. I called the front desk not having any idea if I was even speaking to the correct office and explained. The receptionist, Brook, said they had eight dermatologists, but that she would try to figure it out. Within a couple minutes, she had figured it out and connected me with the right doctor. Absolutely excellent.
