A must see when visiting Umbria and central Italy! Simply walking through the aisles of countless ceramic masterpieces is a mystical experience. Uniquely crafted, each piece tells a story and is an expression of the sheer passion and soul that is poured into the clay with every moulding and every brush stroke. From the large spectacularly ornate vases to the smaller tea pots, plates, and espresso cups, the sheer artistry of the handmade pieces goes beyond any description or review. With a wide range of styles, from antique to modern, the Gialletti master ceramic-making skills are a wonder that everyone should experience first-hand! Everyone is extremely nice and insightful on how the ceramics are made, and they also book tours of the kilns and painting laboratory within the factory!

We had a lovely tour of the factory, and it feel like true Italian family business. Family was very helpful. Great service. The work was both historic and artistic. We are not experts on ceramics but appreciate the beauty and function of the objects. Shipping is an affordable option. Julia said shipping has a perfect record of making it to it's destination safely.
