Very quaint hotel. I liked the breakfast and the room, we got upgraded to a superior room which was nice. The room was spacious and had a nice bathroom with a tub although the drain was clogged. The amenities in the room are a little outdated, for example there was no socket to charge a phone. The biggest minus is the parking space. The hotel has an underground parking but it’s very small and the driveway is always busy with cars. Overall I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. I’m deducting another * because some people weren’t wearing masks in the reception area; there were two staff members and they didn’t do anything about it. I also got a bad advice from the receptionist about getting to Sirmione by car. It turned out that it was so busy that it wasn’t possible to get there by car. I wish I didn’t follow the advice.

We had a wonderful stay this July, it was our second after 2017 and we can only recommend this place as a haven of relaxation and kindness (thank you Nino for the excellent service!) and the most beautiful pool and garden area one could think of. Lovely roof terrace including jacuzzi and always friendly and perfect service, just an amazing holiday, thank you!
Stunning hotel.... Staff are very welcoming and accommodating!! The rooms are equipped with everything you need, only struggled to find tv in our language! The hotel has a beautiful swimming pool in front of hotel, where it is also possible to have a lovely lunch.. Stunning views from the roof terrace with jacuzzi. It been the perfect weekend getaway.
We had a wonderful stay! The room is very spacious (Superior Double Room, Balcony, Partial Lake View), though don't expect to see to much of the lake. Nice, pleasant garden with a small, quiet pool on the back of the hotel. Another pool, bigger, on the front. The staff are kind, friendly and helpful. Warmly recommend.
Wow! I wasn’t expecting the Piccola Vela to be such a pleasant surprise in every way. Where to start? The garden with two pools is lovely and quiet. Nino and Davide deliver amazing service. I simply cannot believe yesterday‘s waiter briefed his colleague to have some Franciacorta available for us the next day because we enjoyed it so much. This is our first stay here - we‘re not regulars. I’m impressed! We’re talking 4 stars at a very reasonable price here... And then there’s one more thing: the jacuzzi! Oh my lord, the view! Our garden room was meticulously renovated shortly and features a beautiful bathroom a very comfortable king size bed and a spacious patio where we enjoyed out last glass of wine enjoying a view of the garden last night. Everything seems very clean. The building is up to date. The location is perfect only about 200 feet from the lake. We‘re coming back - that’s for sure! A great place to spend a vacation and truly great value for the money!
Great place to say, very upscale, reasonably priced, nice pool, great garden at the back, large balconies, comfortable beds! Parking next to hotel. The view from the rooftoop deck is especially incredible!
Staff are fab rooms are lovely, food is good but it doesn't serve dinner at all but there are great places to eat near by . Yes I would visit again
