Eileen is amazing. She has helped me sort through and release so many different energetic blockages and injuries, and her massages are always incredibly relaxing.. Highly recommended!
I have been a client of Eileen's for over 8 years. I see her once a month, which helps me manage stress and my physical well being. I regularly run and do yoga, but as I have made my way from my 40's to my 50's, there seem to be new issues every month that Eileen resolves for me. Examples of this include a work station that was not ergonomic for my aging body; problems with plantar fasciitis; strained hip muscles; strained forearm muscles due to unruly dog on leash; and lower back strain and tension. Eileen educates you and helps you avoid problems. She offers a variety of services and will cater to your specific needs. She is easy to talk to, if you don't like something you can say so without feeling awkward. I recommend her services highly!
