AC was broken when we arrived here on a late Friday afternoon. They had a technician here within an hour. We decided to replace it and they told us it would be Monday morning before they could get a boom truck to lift it over the house into the back yard. They showed up bright and early Monday morning and we had a cool home by noon. Techs were knowledgeable and efficient. I was very happy with the service they provided and would highly recommend them

Our A/C quit early on a Sunday morning and after calling several companies that were unable to help us in a timely manner, I found Desert Sun. They were able to arrive within half an hour and had the system working within an hour. Sean was very helpful and even though our unit is old he was able to replace the damaged component. He said he will be available to help us keep it operating til we can afford a new one. I would recommend Desert Sun for their prompt and friendly service.

We waited 48 hours for our home warranty to find a company to respond to repair our air conditioning unit. After numerous calls to our home warranty they finally allowed us to contact a company ourselves. We called Desert Sun and they were available to come out the same day. They arrived within the time they gave us . Our unit was frozen, the technician waited for our unit to thaw out enough to repair the issue. Was very friendly and informative. This is the second time we've used them and will definitley use again.

Great customer Service. Issac took the time to go over each unit available concerning the seer value pertaining to the efficiency of the unit. He was clear on the pricing and great to work with. The installation was quick and the employees were friendly and efficient.

Very pleased with the service; Luis, the technician; and the response time. I had a unpleasant experience with a completely different tech from this company many years ago, and was a little concerned at having to call them. I am a glad I did. Prompt response to my call; informed, polite, hard working technician(Luis); and acclear, honest explanation of the situation (that really only involved a “reset” of the system) — all these things contribute to 5-star rating. Thank you!!! Hope I don’t need to call again, but if I do, I will do so with confidence. And I will definitely request Luis!
