They did not inform me they had a rat problem. Then 2 months later when I went to get my belongings my things had been chewed thru and tore up and I had to put most of my things in the trash and they told me they were not liable and nothing they could do. Horrible horrible experiende.. pictures that could never be replaced were shredded do not go here if you value your things

RATS RATS RATS RATS RATS RATS They have RATS!!!! i moved out my very personal itens such as clothles and shoes. Also my baby's items and there were eaten wipes and ripped bags. RAT POOP all in my childs bags!!! Was NOT AWARE there were RATS that were on the property and could access the storage units! Contacted the storage and spoke with Tammy. And was informed that there was nothing that she could do. That it was my responsibility to monitor for things in my storage. I didn't know i would have to be aware of RATS in my storage. Pooping all over my baby's clothles and eating diapers and wipes!!!! I feel very violated after seeing the items damaged by RATS!!! DO NOT RENT THERE! RATS RATS RATS RATS RATS RATS (Rented only about 40 days) Update Scott contacted me. Very rude. I asked him for proof that a pest control agency was coming every month to spray and set traps. REFUSED to give me info. Told me he wasnt required to show me that. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS DEPARTMENT!!!
