Great desserts. Big party of us and we all ordered different stuff but, they still managed to serve us all quick. Been twice before. Will go again.
The place looks very nice inside but it took a very long time to get desserts. We arrive at 3.15 and the food didn't arrive till 4.25. The smoothies are flavourless and the fudge was a little salty. Otherwise, their ice creams were good which raised their review for me and so was the cheesecake. Fortunately, we weren't charged for the late food which is alright. Would maybe recommend but probably we just had a bad experience.

A very disappointing experience. The beauty of the place definitely doesn't cast to its poor customer services and food. What was supposed to be a cute date turned out not so much. We walked in and there was no clear instruction of what to do; take a seat/go to the counter or be given a seat. When we had finally decided what to eat I walked up to the counter to order and the cashier never greeted us in anyway and stood silently. When I told the cashier the order he just stood silently whilst taking the order. I was later told they had to go out to get a missing ingredient which was unprofessional. Then they started playing awful explicit rap music
Just had the Lotus biscoff capes and they were delicious and beautifully presented. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anyone to try.
