Great service here at Advance Auto Parts! In town on vacation and we needed a new battery in the car. They had what we needed in stock and didn’t charge anything for instillation. Friendly, speedy service, great prices, and great selection. Very happy with our experience here overall! Check them out if you need automotive help!

The employees try to sell you wrong parts and fluids for your vehicles. Stay far away from this joke. This is the worst auto store in all of okaloosa. They dont even help you put on windshield wiper blades, try to sell you items to blow up your engine instead of help it. Absolutely absurd, dont waste your time.

Great location,, although, would be nicer by the old location,, nice staff,, clean restrooms,, great service ,, the parking is very good,, the service is always good,, they are very professional and helpful,, they lend tools if needed,, this is a great deal when you are in a pinch,, they don’t even mind helping you on miner stuff,, remember they are not a mechanic shop,, so do not get mad if your repair is out of scope,, lol I give this location a five star ️️️️️ I recommend this place to everyone.

Had a really poor experience with the blonde woman that works at the front. I asked her for help to check the oil dip stick and she refused to help. She had a lack of sympathy towards customers and didn’t seem to care. However, an older gentleman came outside and helped me out. He recommended a quick oil service down the street and even checked my oil stick for me.

Awesome customer service as well as assistance! I here in destin out of town on a family vacation with my future inlaws. They had the part in stock,offered me any tool that I didn't have in my vehicle mind you im a mechanic and took bare minimum and make work with what I have. David and the whole front staff on October 8,2020 made my day lending a hand and getting me back on the road. Thank you to your team!advanced autoparts
