Air Canada canceled a flight I was on with a connection. At the desk their employees told me to take a metro car to my next flight. Which I did. The air Canada employee even booked me the metro car because \that is the only one air Canada will reimburse for\. So they order me a car. I paid for it. Over 700 dollars. Now they won't refund my flight or the travel expense of the cab that THEY booked. Very disappointing to see business operate in this fashion.

Used to love this airline... but.. over the years...prices have gone up alot, and service has diminished in quality way more. Horrible experience on Christmas day... cancelled flight due to \mechanical issues\ paid extra cab fees which I was told would be reimbursed, have made 2 claims and have not even received a response, much less an apology or a refund. Making a conscious effort to minimize traveling with Air Canada.
Excellent service, Friendly staff, very helpful . I give Air Canada a 10 star rating. Thank you for making my trip very pleasant and enjoyable.
