Dropped my car off on a Tuesday here it is Monday almost a week and they haven’t even looked at my car. Beyond unprofessional Update: Received a call from Chris regarding my 328i BMW and he has updated me the status of my car and was extremely apologetic. I did not keep in mind COVID is still here and staff may have decreased.. I’m a business woman So that is true regarding workers. Thank you Chris!!!!!
