Worked us in when we got there early. Pleasant and polite workers. Overnight parking is available.
Reasonable time to unload. Would have given 5 stars but its not safe to walk in front of your truck as you are blocking 1 lane of traffic. Iwas almost ran over.
When you come in turn down Green street. Go about a half a block and you'll see yellow pilings. Turn right there. There's a guard shack. Check in with them. If you're going to Ben B Schwartz the office is between dock 1 and 2. Doesn't matter what time your appointment says because you'll be waiting for 12 plus hours. 12 hours and 44 minutes to be exact. The place is pretty clean inside.... The outside is another story. It's filled with debris. There is overnight parking and plenty of it. The bathrooms are inside but they are under lock and key. And are only available after midnight. Noone shows up until then. Hopefully we never come back here. The people were nice and all but 12 hours is a little asinine.
