Beautiful segment of the Detroit Riverfront east of the MacArthur bridge to Belle Isle. There is a small parking lot in the NE corner accessible from Jefferson. Great place to walk my dog. There are some tables and chairs at the pavilion, as well as restrooms. Beautiful landscaping along the river and it really comes to life in the spring and summer as the flowers bloom. Easy to connect over to belle isle and in the future it will be connected to the river walk for car-free enjoyment all the way to corktown. Also probably one of the cleanest parks I’ve ever visited.

The park is located along the DETROIT river just east of the Bel Isle bridge. I find it very peaceful and quiet and great for meditation and prayer.
