I called for a tow from my house. They came and put my car on the tow truck because I was waiting at the door, but the office called while we were getting my van on the truck and I didn’t have my phone, so they canceled it and took my van off the truck and refused to tow me. Never use this service they’re awful
Waited 3 hours on 3 different occasions, finally the 3rd time I canceled, insurance company called another company arrived in 20 minutes or less! Van's towing, Thank Y!
The lady that waited on me was very nice and the guy that took me to find my car in the junk yard was very nice and helpful
