Absolutely the best place if you are looking for a good quality used vehicle at a great price. I dealt with Al, he was so amazing and kind, went above and beyond to make sure that I was/am happy with my 2015 GMC Terrain. They put their customers before just making a quick . I love that this is a family owned and operated business as well. I definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for their next vehicle. A customer service. I wanted to update my review to reflect just how much this place takes care of their customers. I had an issue with my radio ( something I knew about when I bought the car) they had to get a replacement for me. I had a scheduled time to be there but for some reason I ended up not getting my radio fixed that day, I live two hours away and instead of being asked to drive back down again the next day I was given a loner vehicle to get home and Al brought my vehicle to me, two hours away. Again if you are looking for top notch customer service and quality vehicles this is the place.
I had a few different services done here within a budget. They worked with me and went under budget, always were timely and professional about their work. They walked me through procedures i didn’t understand or have knowledge on. They were kind, friendly, and very thorough. They exceeded my expectations and I would 11/10 recommend them to anyone. For two weeks I was looking for a professional collusion and body shop to remove rust and repaint my whole Yukon Denali XL. After searching around looking for a company that I could trust to do a great job and charge a fair price, I found It! Luxury Auto Sales located in Southfield, MI, and they cannot be beat. The Owner came out (Haider) wonderful since of humor, straight forward and honest as he speaks, along with his collusion technician named Jeff (great hair and down to earth personality) inspected, went over and discussed my truck for more than 20 min with me. After meeting them, I decided to stop comparing collusion shops and gave my keys to them. This was one of the best decision I have made in a long time. I got my truck back in less than one week and I tell you, I Couldn’t Believe My Eyes….. The colors on my truck jump right out, flawless, smooth, clear coat immaculate, No orange peel, Just a Great Paint Job! I highly recommend Luxury Auto Sales for any and all collusion body repair work or even if you’re deciding to buy car soon. Update: 12/1/2018 I waited for 2 1/2 months as instructed and then had truck detailed inside and out. Quality wax sealant was added to provide even more protection from acid rain, salt and rust prevention. The pictures tell the story, you judge for yourself!
