They are inaccurate with their evaluations by especially not including the cost it takes to build homes during Covid. This team is uneducated. The call center reps sound like they’ve never had customer service training or experience. Furthermore, they were over a week late with a response. Barely deserves 1 star. Despicable.

This company is so scared up. The appraiser was awful. They valued the house more than 30% less than what is should be. Never use them, better off stop any process
Rip Off ! Rude experience and way over charged. Comes out the collect at the rate of 150/hour
Beyond Incompetent .. appraised a house in DFW and used Michigan pricing. Don't know how rapid DFW's growth is. Have to pay for another appraisal now thanks to their low ball value.
