Even though we are still in the throughs a the pandemic, it was nice to be able to go back to the Michigan Science Center. Social distancing was observed, and sanitizer was provided in abundance. Fun family time, and we can't wait to go again.

Hidden gem. Never heard of it until I visited. I'm sure under normal circumstances it's a great facility. Under covid lots of exhibits are closed or restricted. Still lots to see. Focus is on industrial science. Friendly helpful staff. Will visit again after the pandemic.
My boyfriend and I are not going back to this place for a long while due to the covid. My boyfriend is diabetic, and he needs to eat some kind of food or drink of water. He gets dry mouth, and also dehydrated very easley. It is unacceptable that they won't allow food or drinks inside. My boyfriend needs to drink some kind of water, or have some kind of food to keep his sugar regulated. He don't need to go into a diabetic attack because he can't drink water while he is inside. Its not right that he can't have bottled water to carry on him. He needs to at least drink water every 15 minuets so he don't have dry mouth, or end up sick. He also has high blood pressure, and might need to take his medication early. Otherwise we will just have to wait until all of this is over, and can open up fully.
Great new exhibits, plenty of accommodation for social distancing and hand hygiene stations everywhere. Also, friendly and knowledgeable staff eager to engage young minds.
Love it great for 3 to 10 year olds right now due to covid
