I love living here. I am signing my third lease here. The location is ideal for exploring downtown no matter if its summer or winter. You have access to the people mover, which in the cold Detroit winters allows for increased access to entertainment. The staff here are friendly and work with you when you have any questions. The views.... the views are to beyond real. I have made several friends here and we explore new restaurants, bars and shows together. Having a store, a pool, the sky club... it really is a great place to live.

I moved into my apartment in July. I signed a lease for a unit that was supposed to have a washer and dryer. Upon moving in it was not present I inquired why it was not present and it was told that it would be ordered and be installed in three to four business days. Since then several weeks have gone by and it still has not been installed.I have been given multiple dates in which I was told it would be installed and I come home to an empty laundry room. Trying to communicate with management is a nightmare. I have sent endless emails to management and corporate. I have left them multiple voicemails and tried going to their office at 6:00 p.m. Their office is frequently empty by the time I get home. It has gotten to the point that I am no longer going to pay rent and looking for another place to live. I highly recommend you save yourself the frustration and find a place to live that had a quality management team. Update: 3 weeks after my move-in date the washer and dryer was delivered. It sat in the hall for 2 days. They then installed it without finding the breaker box and turning on the electrical source. Additionally they did not turn on the water source. When I ran my first load of laundry halfway through I found that my apartment was flooding into the hallway. Luckily the concierge was very helpful and ran up and helped me stop it. He said it wasn't hooked up completely and that the hose wasn't in the appliance correctly.
For the second time in recent months I yet again.... have ZERO RUNNING WATER. It is 2020 and I have NO RUNNING WATER. If anyone can please let me know how I can report the building to the proper authorities I would really appreciate it. This has happened multiple times. For almost 2 grand per month I cannot believe I have no running water in a “luxury apartment building.” Once is understandable, but not several times. This has to be illegal. To clarify... I am not talking about lack of hot water, elevators, lack of response to emails etc. I am literally saying that when you go to turn on the faucet. Nothing comes out. NO RUNNING WATER. And this has happened multiple times in recent months. Normally I do not go out of my way to post public comments. But enough is enough. Running water is a basic human right. I have documented videos of this happening along with pictures and dates.
This place smells like cigarette and weed smoke. Smoke from other apartments comes through the ceiling and vents. Don't live here if you don't want to smell like an old bar. Even one star is too much for this place. I can't believe I have to live here for the whole year.
I have lived here for a total of about 6 months now, with about 6 more months to go! I really wanted to live in the downtown area, and this building is the perfect location! The leasing office is super nice, and most of the front desk people are nice as well. Although the staff is pretty nice, the building itself has a lot of flaws. There are four elevators in the main lobby, One of them has been broken since I got here, and doesn’t seem like it will be fixed anytime soon. Another elevator is constantly breaking, so In reality there is only two working elevators, in a building full of people. The service elevator on the 8th floor half the time does not work as well. The pool, and gym area is pretty nice, but there is still no sky club. Also as I’m writing this my fire alarm is going off, at least twice or maybe three times a month our fire alarm goes off from us taking showers. I have also came home to what smelled like cigarette smoke in the hallway. I must say living here is fun, and I love the area and the views. But the building itself for the rent you are going to pay, is not worth in the long run. If they fixed all these problems, and asked the front desk people to be a little more kind, this place would be great!
