My friend and I moved in here in July, ever since then it's has been a great experience! When we need a prepare or maintenance they're always on time. Another thing is John Strika, has been nothing but great help to us here at studio one! always updating us and letting us know about whats coming up. Also, he's very understandable and nice guy. Living in different apartment complexes a few times before this, made me realize that this place makes me feel like home!:)

These are the best apartments you will find in Detroit for the price. Incredible location, responsive management and very clean. John is an excellent property manager! If there was any negative it would be the noise from starters on a weekend but it wasn’t a big deal for us.
Really happy with everything about Studio One so far, from figuring out which apartment style would work best for me to signing the lease and moving in! John was really helpful with the entire process as well making moving from out of state a breeze!
I am a new resident and have had a great experience so far. Really like the modern feel and updated features in our unit as well as throughout the building itself. The whole office staff has been very pleasant to work with and seem to have genuine interest in making this a great place to live. John S. was incredibly helpful and took care of us throughout the whole process, always replying promptly and making sure all of our questions were answered. Looking forward to living here!
I've lived at Studio One for 4 years, and now that I'm moving to a new city and apartment searching, I'm realizing how lucky I was to live here. The units are modern and nice for a great price, the hallways are kept very clean, maintenance requests are fulfilled quickly, and I've always felt safe inside the building / in the parking structure. It's also a newer building, which I'm sure helps, but they must do some sort of pest control on top of that because I've never seen a since bug in the place. In addition, since I've been here, I feel the management has made a big effort to continuously improve the living here and offer more to the residents. And of course for anyone going to the med school, the location is unbeatable. Of course it's on a busy street so the one thing I'd say is if you're extremely sensitive to noise, it might be bothersome but it's never bothered me. Would 100% recommend.
