I highly recommend The Cleanse. Just back from a trip and needed an energy boost from traveling and the time change. I opened The Cleanse Recipe Book to find several recipes perfect for us. Myself, my husband and daughter (25 years old) have done the program over 10 times. Each time we have more energy, sleep better and a unique experience. A great reset in any season!

I highly recommend Deva and the cleanse, not only did the cleanse change my body physically, I learned so many things about myself, healthy food and the connection of mind, body and spirit. Also her recipe book that comes with the cleanse is so good, I still make dishes from it all the time!
Deva has changed my & my husband's life during COVID. After binging way too much in the early days, we commenced a 10 day cleanse in early July. This was nothing new for me as I have been “cleansing” with Deva for over 15 years. However, for my husband who was awaiting hip replacement surgery, it was even more essential! Not only did we complete the 10 day Cleanse, but continued with the 30 days and are now on the Phoenix Program. Both of us have never felt better. We are both full of energy and vitality. My husband recovered from his surgery in record time and is now walking, exercising and feeling fitter than ever. I highly recommend the Phoenix Program. As a massage therapist and athlete it's important for me to keep my energy up throughout the day. I love doing The Cleanse! Its not too hard either....a natural progression to eliminating certain things from the diet and adding in other options. It comes with a book so it tells you everything you need to do all day long, just follow the steps. The cooking is not hard either, but just in case there is a great recipe book available. So much love goes into this program. And I almost always drop some unwanted lbs. With the support of a program like this, I am really encouraged back to a higher standard of health, habits, mindset, and general good feelings. Thank you Deva!
