Dancing Storms

The doctor's are very good, especially dr Parsley, but as it things start at the reception, that's where it all gets spoilt... This morning, one of the receptionists, not a very young sounding one, said to me over the phone that the doctor couldn't have said to me what I claimed she said, basically implying that I was lying. We'll I could argue with you as she actually left a message on my phone, so mind your words. I can see you misunderstood what was being said, but maybe you should not jump into conclusions next time. But that wasn't enough for you though, you decided to be offensive as I didn't pick up the phone from the doctor when they phoned me. I am employed and my taxes pay your wages, so at least be polite. I would have visited at an agreed time if it was possible, but you wouldn't have me in as a practice at this time, so what do you want me to do? You made such a big thing of it, it's unreal, you put me down and I'm sorry for people who have to be around you on a daily basis. My GP was polite leaving her message, but it didn't take much for a receptionist to think they are somehow entitled to feel overly important. Leave it between me and my GP, would you? We're both happy to try talking again without your nasty input. Thanks.

Not been since 2013 but had a few visits lately, lovely friendly surgery, my GP was very good and the service was quick, no problem getting appointments and my referral letter was with me within 24hrs. Blood test were performed by Noami I am not a easy bleeder but she was brilliant. My partner was so impressed by my experiences, she is now wants to move to this practice. Thank you

Simply Pure

Absolutely fantastic. Moved to st James surgery due to house move and the difference in service compared to my old surgery is amazing. There's hardly any wait time for appointments, calls are answered quickly, they call back quickly and repeat prescriptions are issued promptly. I can't fault it at all
