Don’t trust this company. Very very unreliable. I booked a cab a few hours before I needed it to make sure it would be on time but got a call saying that they were going to be very late leaving my disabled partner stranded and not able to get to a important appointment.

The driver was 10 minutes late to pick up straight from picking us up he was speeding doing up to 55 mph in 30mph zones, going over speed bumps at 30 mph, he was very consistent with driving on the wrong side of the road, whilst in the car he was taking calls and was very rude. once u had go to my destination I obviously wanted to pay my fee which was 22.20 I gave the driver 30 and then he told me to get out of the car because he's running late to his next booking which ill just remind you he was already 10 minutes late to my booking, once I finally got my change for my fare, he proceeds to drive off erratically nearly hitting myself. I am very disappointed in the service.
Had a taxi booked to take us into town and pick up at 9:45pm. 9:50 still no taxi phoned up he had gone to take someone to Chippenham. Now I have my father with heart problems and mother with lung issues no way to get home. Both find walking difficult. Luckily there was a bus from market place to Bath at 10:10. I will never use Devizes taxis again their attitude was disgusting knowing they had vulnerable client's that had booked a return journey, and went off for another fair.
Punctual, polite and a relaxed drive. Travelled down to Bristol with Alistair. Most happy with service.
Avoid..... if you are hoping for the most direct route! Highly recommend if you are after a tour of the Wiltshire countryside. Having confirmed a price (25) after three conversations with the booking department at Devizes taxi we arrived at our destination to be initially charged 33.50 this then went on to be increased to 39.50. When questioned the driver informed us that it was ‘out of hours’ so the meter was charging us an enhanced rate of 33.50, then added an additional 6 charge as we were not travelling to Devizes.....
