Great place for family and dog (on leash) walks. The town of Devon has all kinds of handy stores as well.

Great park with lots of trails, paved and unpaved. Well maintained. The Legs of Fire stairs are a nice twist. They get lots of use. People love the challenge. Many great spots to stop for a rest and view the river. It's got a bike park as well & a big open park area to picnic in. One of my favorite places to visit when the snow finally melts.

Floating to Downtown Edmonton took 18 hours.Great trip recommended two days one night camping on the river ,food extra depending on PICNIC preferences...

Quaint little area with nice walking path! Not a very extensive trail but it was nice for a quick walk & it also had a series of stairs in parts. Very peaceful & recommend going in the morning before families and larger groups start pouring in. The beach area wasn’t too shabby & they also had a boat launch for those who want to go on the river.

Very close to Edmonton, but very quiet, serene and calm location for a picnic. Water was muddy, but quiet warm to get in easily. Saw some paddle boats, motor boats and kayaks. Nice place for a afternoon picnic with family.
