Friendly staff, store is always clean and well stocked. George LOVES the spa at the back of the store. He is a BIG hairy dog and they always smile when he comes for his bath. Gromit is learning to enjoy it (smol poopy).
Pet Valu has the best do-it-yourself dog wash stations! They are in a fenced section of the store so your dog can't escape, there are stairs leading up to a waist-high bath tub so you don't have to kill your back, and soap, a shower sprayer, towels and a cool blow dryer are all included. All for 11. (Appointments required during COVID). This location also has friendly staff and lots of selection for pet food, treats and toys.
Locally owned and operated! Staff are super friendly and very knowledgeable. I am always greeted with a smile and asked if I need any help. They will even carry your purchase out to your car. They have a huge selection and even carry Acana dog food!
Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Their groomer Darcy is amazing and I really appreciate being able to pop in for a self serve dog wash between groomings! They also have a cat who is up for adoption from a rescue!
