They're pretty much a standard Tim's! If they mess up, you can call and they will rectify their mistakes. Better than going on rant and rave and crying to accomplish nothing.

Three separate days in a row I received a cup with a damaged rim causing it to leak all over my car. You know your lids are trash and leak now you give out damaged cups to make it worse.
I went through the drive through at the Tim Hortons in Devon. I ordered a breakfast English muffin sandwich with egg and cheese. I took a couple bites and then looked at the sandwich and the egg was discolored (gray-blue coloring around yoke). There was no way this egg was fresh. Went through drive through to return. They apologized and said they would give me another sandwich and it won’t have an egg like that. I couldn’t eat it right away (no appetite after the first one). An hour later, I opened the egg sandwich and it was thrown in the package and this egg was also discolored! I tried phoning the Tim Hortons and no one answered. Totally disgusted with the eggs in these two breakfast sandwiches - definitely not fresh eggs !!!

The staff are always friendly and the drive-thru service is always quick and accurate.
Great spot Timmy is this consistent I just wish they could make their donuts fresher than they are like in the old days
This was once favorite Tim Hortons but new management quickly squashed morale and any semblance of customer service. Incredibly rude, and flat out refuse to comply with labor laws unless confronted on the topic and quite frankly, the new ownership is just terrible and irresponsible.
