worst service.. Dnt book this easy travels cab service. Its Unsafe . Commision based company.driver r unprofessional. Worst condition car,, AC is not working . And take money before start of trip. Driver ASHOK r liar and have no decency of safety norms to be maintained while trip.. I have a very bad experience with EASY TRAVELS as it is very Costly cab service I have ever travelled. Last months i book a car from dewas railway station to harda for our field work..... The driver was so unskilled that he even didn't know the address where I had to reach. He wasted my lot of time. The driver didn't delivered any guidance to the passengers. It was a very bad experience with I faced. I am very disappointed with this cab service. I will never suggest any one to travel with this cab as its transport system is so bad which creates alot of problems to the customers. After completing the journey driver ashok gave me his own visiting card and told us that if you require any taxi car dont call to easy travels owner,,, call to me then i will provide every car at a reasonable price. bcoz we provide car directly to the customer .. without any commision....

Once I booked a car for Indore, you gave your driver Ashok's mobile number. After completing the journey Ashok called me and said that next time you want a car whenever you want a phone call me. Our owner is always busy. After that, whenever I wanted the vehicle for my customer again, I called Ashok and gave my customer number. Two times he had provided the service properly but the last 2 times your driver Ashok had not given proper service.. and demanding extra rupees said that aapne gaadi jyaada chalwaali aur AC bhi chalaaya isliye 500 RS extra dena hoga... WORST AND VERY COSTLY SERVICE CUSTOMERS BEWARE....!!! Sometimes we needed a car from dewas for our customer but experience with easy travls was horrible ,the driver didn't reach at all despite the ride was confirmed by easy trvls.He kept saying he is 2 minutes away from pick up and later switched off his phone when we tried calling. Second incidence when driver reached 45 mins after confirmation when time told to me was 10 mins. Also service is horribly costly..My one customer ride to indore from dewas cost us 1800 Rs for indigo ecs and THE SAME RIDE BACK HOME WITH OTHER trvls WAS 1200 ,over which I got 100 rs discount as it was our first ride..That driver reached on time and drove safely within speed limits. I have vowed I WILL NEVER EVER AVAIL easy trvls for my customers AS IT IS THE WORST taxi provider I HAVE EVER AVAILED IN DEWAS...!!!
