1. It is situated at very cool and calm place. 2. Nearby only there is upashray(upasara). 3. All the functions of civil line jain temple occurs at that upasara.

the temple is underneath a banayan tree..which preserves the Coolness and calmness of the place......every evening around 7pm Aarti and prayer takes place...the temple is not that big but it is Highly recommended for any devotee...
