I went to this clinic after being referred by another doctor relative. Needless to say my experience with Dr. Shulbha left me with a sour taste. I found that the basic qualities of professionalism, patience and empathy were severely lacking. Not only her communication was extremely brash & rude but I found that my questions only agitated her further. Having had some really good experiences with other gyncs in other cities i was so shocked by this experience. With poor skills in listening and in her unprofessional attitude she didn't even listen to my history properly and then mixed up the details and then cross questioned me about the timelines as if I must have lied to her. Unprofessional to the extent that , because I told her that she was referred to me by another family doctor, she went on taunting me stating 'that I am giving these tests to do and I know now you will go and discuss with your family doctor and dissect why this and why that test so I am telling you why they are being done' as if as a doctor she is not supposed to make her patients understand the diagnosis and tests required therefore, by default. if you are looking for a professional, polite gynecologist who will at least give you a time of a day to listen and understand where you are coming from ... then think twice before visiting.bad experience.
