Tina\ the lady that runs the front desk is extremely rude! My two grandparents had a small storage unit here and they both passed away leaving the storage behind with a balance. As their ONLY family left me their granddaughter Tina left it to me to pay the balance and remove the items. I had no way to do that while planning a unexpected funeral. She is so unprofessional and doesn't care about the exception to the rule. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS STORAGE FACILITY. GO ACROSS THE STREET FOR SAME PRICE & MORE FLEXIBILITY WITH CARING OWNERS!! ! !
My experience with Kachina Mini Storage has been nothing but the best for the past 1 1/2 yrs since I first started renting a unit there. The facility is great, always clean with easy in/out access. The hours are very accommodating and prices are reasonable. Teena the manager was very customer friendly right from the start. She is very professional and helpful. I have had many occasions to interact with her on the phone and in person, moving from a larger unit to smaller units twice. She happily helped me make that a seamless experience with the paperwork and billing. If you need to rent a storage unit, I highly recommend doing business with Teena/Kachina Mini Storage, you'll be glad you did!
