Poor drainage (grading) design, water and mud intrusion (twice now) to neighboring property! They were instructed by city to regrade, to no avail yet! I will be contacting ROC, bonding co, and ins co. To clean up and replace washed away DG. I wouldn’t hire them to haul my trash!
