Honestly, all locations around Lansing have gone downhill the past couple of years. There’s always a pretty good chance the ATM doesn’t work. I know that a ton of employees have quit, especially at the Dewitt location, and they’re very understaffed. That being said, I don’t want to bank here just because I feel bad for the remaining employees. I can easily go somewhere else where drive thru and call center hold times aren’t 20 minutes. Also, a major issue is the lack of a debit card machine at any of their locations. Not even the option of a temporary card.

Love this credit union. I’ve been a member almost 30 years, and no complaints. I love the Kasasa program. Finally members can make a little money when it’s deposited.

I had them for years without a problem. I have had two errors recently that were their fault. I figured I'd go in and explain and it would be okay. The manager I had to speak with was rude and refused to help. I had to report them through the Consumer Assistance Center and won. They also added new fees without properly telling anyone. When asked about it, they offer Kisasa but everything takes days to clear and there were problems with direct deposit going through or you can spend 25 and keep an account there. They really do not care about customer service any longer. The second incident (same as the first, their fault that I had to report), the same manager was rude, refused to help and I had to report again. Needless to say I started at another credit union who have been very helpful.
