We just had my daughter's ears pierced today, let me just say the staff was amazing! She's 6 years old and Cody Buzzard was just phenomenal!! He was very supportive and comforting during the entire process. The first ear went well, just my daughter wasn't having it for the second one. Him and the staff were very encouraging and very helpful. I'm recommending this Kay's to all my friends and family with little ones who need their ears pierced

Very attentive customer service. Had my wedding band cleaned and replated. The service was free even though I bought the ring 10 years ago at the the store when it was in shopping town mall, they still had a record of the sale! Ring looks like new, for free for God's sake.

Cody is the best.He helped me through every step, was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. My ring broke last month and he talked me through every step to make sure I got the ring that I wanted in a price I could afford. I’m very picky and he was happy that I was. Amazing. 5 stars. Would totally recommend.
