Where to begin? We ordered a hot tub cover over a year ago. It took 10 months to come in and was the wrong color. We still havent recieved the correct hot tub cover. We have over 40 calls into various managers over the year time frame. I would not recommend buying anything from this company. Show room floor has very little product and they seem to blame everything on Covid or another store.

Things do not always go perfect and that is why you want to do business with Chad and Brandy in Dewitt and the Lifestyles Company. Support and customer service has been outstanding, especially if you are a first time hot tub owner like us.
Extremely poor customer service in the repair department. I've been waiting for a warranty repair appointment for more than 10 months and still do not have a service date scheduled. A technician visited my home in January 2020 to confirm the repair would be covered by warranty and I called the office to schedule a time for the hot tub to be picked up for repair. I have spoke to two different office personnel numerous times and sent follow-up emails requesting to schedule a repair date and keep getting told a manager will call me back. When I call, I'm told there is no manager available to speak to and I have yet to receive a return call.
After a bit of a shaky waiting period it appears we are in the home stretch with getting our hot tub!! The staff has taken good care of us and we look forward to continued business with this company.
WOW- Deborah Mc I could not believe it when I read your review. I got the same exact answer after I had to call several times to get a hold of anyone. They told me if I didn't hear back within a week get someone else. Well the voice mail came today a week later and said get someone else ! The only difference is my tub is 5 years old and it did come from their store. I would love to have the name of the place you were able to get to service your tub. I will no longer buy Chemicals , Filters or a new tub for that matter. Very Disappointing experience
